Information Processed for WHUE Customers
An important distinction applies when WHUE provides services to businesses.
For certain information collected directly through our website or WHUE accounts, WHUE determines how and why the information is processed.
For information that a WHUE business customer provides to WHUE or instructs WHUE to process on its behalf, the customer generally determines the purposes for which that information is processed, and WHUE processes it to provide the Services.
For example, if you call a business that uses WHUE, information from your interaction may be processed by WHUE on behalf of that business. Questions concerning how that business uses your information should generally be directed to the business with which you interacted.
How We Use Information
WHUE may use information to provide and operate the Services; conduct and route communications; generate transcripts and summaries; schedule appointments; send authorized messages or notifications; execute customer-configured workflows; synchronize connected systems; authenticate users; provide customer support; detect fraud, abuse, or security threats; troubleshoot and improve reliability; understand product usage; develop and improve WHUE; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements and policies.
Where required, WHUE will process information based on an appropriate legal basis.
Artificial Intelligence Processing
WHUE uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies to provide features such as voice interactions, transcription, summarization, classification, information extraction, and workflow automation.
Providing these capabilities may require information to be processed by service providers that supply infrastructure, communications, artificial intelligence, transcription, storage, analytics, or related technologies.
Call Recording and Transcription
Calls handled through WHUE may be recorded or transcribed when enabled by the applicable business customer.
Where recording or transcription requires notice or consent, the business using WHUE is responsible for configuring its use of the Services appropriately and obtaining legally required permissions.
WHUE may provide disclosure functionality to assist customers in meeting these obligations.
How We Disclose Information
WHUE may disclose information to service providers and subprocessors that help operate WHUE; at the direction of a WHUE customer; to connected third-party applications authorized by the customer; when necessary to protect WHUE, our customers, users, or others; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business; where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; or with consent or at the direction of the individual concerned.
Service providers may include cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, analytics, authentication, payment, email, monitoring, and other technology providers.
WHUE does not sell personal information for money.
SMS and Mobile Information
WHUE may process telephone numbers and messaging information to provide messaging functionality.
Where WHUE sends messages on behalf of a business customer, that customer is responsible for establishing the appropriate relationship and obtaining any consent required to send those communications.
Mobile opt-in information and consent obtained for messaging will not be sold or provided to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Information may nevertheless be provided to vendors and telecommunications providers as necessary to deliver messages and operate the Services.
Data Retention
WHUE retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, customer configuration, contractual requirements, legal requirements, security requirements, and whether an account or customer relationship remains active.
Information may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal, contractual, backup, and security requirements.
Data Security
WHUE uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and WHUE cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, potentially including rights to request access, request correction, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or obtain information concerning how your information is processed.
If WHUE processes your information on behalf of one of our business customers, we may direct your request to that customer or assist the customer in responding.
Requests concerning information controlled directly by WHUE may be submitted to contact@whue.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.
For supported text messaging programs, you may reply STOP to opt out of further messages from the applicable sender.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.

WHUE may contain integrations or links to third-party services.
Those organizations maintain their own privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy does not govern their independent processing activities.
